Example of quick review message with private comment:

 Wine (required): 2022 Viognier
Overall Impression (required): 4 out of 5 stars

Comment (optional): I must admit this white wine was pretty darn good, even though white wines are not really my thing. If I could be so bold with respect to future allocations.

Wine (required): 2022 Viognier
Overall Impression (required): 5 out of 5 stars

Color & Clarity (optional): 5 out of 5
Aroma & Bouquet (optional): 4 out of 5
Complexity (optional): 5 out of 5
Finish (optional): 5 out of 5

Comment (optional): I found the bouquet of this wine was sensitive to temperature.  Once it warmed up a little in the glass it really smelled great.  But, I think I was really impressed with the complexity of the wine most of all.
